HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Our sizing follows UK standards. If you are unsure about your size, please refer to our measurement guide listed on each product or contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you. Please see our sizing page here.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to Israel, United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. All orders are dispatched from our global warehouse.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders placed before 12pm IST are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days within Israel and 5 business days for United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, calculated from the date of dispatch.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is ₪40 within Israel, $35 for United States, £25 for United Kingdom, and €30 for Europe. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over ₪1500 / $400 / £350 / €420.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Orders shipped to United States, United Kingdom, and Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.
Please note that all transactions are processed in ILS for secure payment processing, and your bank will automatically convert the total to your local currency.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders within Israel are shipped with HFD Delivery. Orders to United States and United Kingdom are shipped with FedEx.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
To initiate a return, please email customerlove@omidbyhadar.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Returns must be sent to our address in Israel, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
